Kai Fiber – Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to Kai Fiber’s internet services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Installation Process

• Standard installation is scheduled within 48–72 hours after successful registration.

• Installation is subject to serviceability and technical feasibility in the customer’s area.

2. Requirements

• Only one (1) valid government-issued ID is required for registration.

• Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information.

3. Fees and Payment

• The full installation fee must be paid immediately after installation is completed.

• Kai Fiber does not require advance payment before installation.

4. Contract Terms

• No contracts are required to subscribe to Kai Fiber services.

• There is no lock-in period—customers may cancel the service at any time.

• No termination fees will be charged upon cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers must settle any outstanding balance before the service is officially terminated.

• The router/modem issued by Kai Fiber must be returned in good condition upon cancellation.

• Failure to return the equipment may result in additional charges.

6. Service and Technical Support

• If a customer reports a connection issue, Kai Fiber will respond and aim to resolve it within 24 to 48 hours.

• Our technical support team operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Monday is the team's rest day; issues reported on Monday will be addressed on Tuesday.

• Customers are encouraged to report issues during working hours for timely support.

7. General Terms

• Customers are responsible for the proper and legal use of the service.

• Kai Fiber reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided for any significant changes.
